The last thing I knew we HAD to get done this off-season was make a set rule for inactivity, and here they are. If you have an issue, comment or PM me and we can discuss, but I will not let this league fail because guys are not active, we have been pretty good about this the first year, I COMPLETELY understand people have lives and things to do, I am not asking you to be on for hours at a time or every day of the week, just enough to not miss anything important, and so I do not have to wonder if you are in on the league. This is a free league so I want people to have fun, and am trying to leave these more lenient so it is fun.
Activity
1. In Season: Levels of inactivity and when they will be enforced
a. 1 Week of not setting lineups on ESPN = PM on Proboards and Email notifying owner that they are on a probation
b. Either a 2nd week in a row without setting lineups or a 2nd week later in the season = PM/Email and losing 1 spot in the rookie draft post lottery
c. Either a 3rd week in a row without setting lineups or a 3rd week later in the season = PM/Email and losing an additional spot in the rookie draft
d. Either a 4th week in a row without setting lineups or a 4th week later in the season = Kicked from league and new owner will have penalties wiped off the books
2. Off-Season: Levels of inactivity and when they will be enforced. I get the off-season is not as busy as the season, and people have lives and all that good stuff, but not being able to find any time at all to log on will not be accepted, like I have said, I think inactivity kills leagues and do not want this league to go down because of it
a. 2 weeks of no log-in = PM/Email asking where the owner is, just to make sure they are still there
b. 4 weeks of no log-in = PM/Email given warning that they are on probation
c. 6 weeks of no log-in = Email and loss of 1 spot in FA Draft
d. 8 weeks of no log-in = Email and staff discussing kicking from league
e. If we get to d and the owner has not logged in and the staff deem it necessary to kick the owner, the new owner will have the FA draft spot restored if possible, if not a comp (untradable) 2nd round FA pick will be given for the next off-season
